Accounts and age

You must be at least [[MINIMUM_AGE]] years old and have your own account to play. Sign in with email/password, Google or Apple; guest accounts are not available. Protect your credentials and report unauthorised access. Do not use someone else’s account or impersonate another person.

Game rules and usernames

Cheating, exploiting bugs and unauthorised access are prohibited. Usernames must not contain threats, hate speech, harassment, another person’s private information or impersonation. We may require a rename, restrict access or ban an account depending on severity and repetition. You may appeal through support. Inactivity may shorten the move timer and eventually remove you from a match; this counts as a quit under the game rules.

Coins and content

Coins can be earned through play and rewards or purchased with real money. They buy the content and benefits shown in the game, including portraits, card backs and table rounds. Coins and items belong to the account and cannot be transferred, traded or exchanged for money. The price, quantity and conditions of each purchase are shown before confirmation. King’s treatment lasts seven days; buying it again extends the remaining duration. The Noble portrait remains owned after the benefits expire.

Purchases and refunds

Purchases are confirmed through the offered payment method or app store. Coins are credited after transaction verification. Report purchase problems to support with the transaction identifier, without card details. Refund requests follow applicable sales-channel rules and statutory consumer rights. These terms do not remove rights to refunds, withdrawal or other remedies required by law. Where beginning digital-content delivery affects withdrawal rights, the necessary information and express confirmations are provided during checkout.

Deletion and availability

Initiate account deletion in the game settings. Before confirmation, the consequences for progress, coins and items are explained and account ownership is verified. Contact support if you cannot access the account. Personal data is deleted under the privacy policy, subject to legally justified exceptions. Maintenance may temporarily interrupt the game. Material service or terms changes are communicated in the game or by email.

Rights and complaints

The game and its elements belong to their respective rights holders; personal use is permitted under these terms. Send complaints to support@bela-royal.com; we handle them within the applicable statutory deadline. Nothing excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Croatian law applies, without removing mandatory consumer protections under other applicable laws.
